Rosalita has the best tacos in Eastern Canada. That's the fast version. If you like blabby-ier reviews, here goes. I tried the beef, chicken and fish tacos, as you can see the first one didn't last long enough to have it's picture taken. Everything was fresh, the location looks like it was a bar in previous life but this is just fine as the kitchen is open to watch. The staff are friendly and proud of their work, for good reason, it's delicious! Everything is fresh, everything is made in house, everything is cooked and assembled right in front of you (If you sit at the bar). The quality is top notch and results were delicious! I got the churros for desert and like the tacos, they were made fresh and cooked in front of me. As expected, the hot, fresh churros were amazing! I loved everything about my dinner, come and give it a try.

Soooooo good! You will love this place!! If you're thinking of eating somewhere else, stop thinking and go here. Ordered the pork tacos and the nachos. Both were amazing. Nachos were HUGE and incredible. Staff is so nice too and helpful with recommendations. Great food, great people. Who could ask for anything more? You gotta eat here!!

Beautiful little Mexican place, in the heart of Hull. Had a platter with chicken, chorizo, and birria tacos… loved the taste!! Next time I’ll ask for double tortillas (for a small extra) and that’d do for me. Tasty home made food! Friendly staff, very accommodating!!

Super fast and friendly service, delicious food and decent prices. We will definitely be returning in the future. The house hot sauce is to die for as well. In my opinion the food that I tried in order of deliciousness. (1 = amazing, 10 = not good) 1: Mulitas, Mango Ceasar, House hot sauce 2: Chicken Taco, Fish Taco 3: Carnitas Taco, Rosie cheeks shot 4: Churros The Mulitas, mango Ceasar and house hot sauce were absolutely mouth watering. I would recommend any of these 10 times out of 10. The chicken tacos were super delicious as well. Fish Taco was very delicious and the fish was super tender and flakey. I just felt like it was missing some spice. The Carnitas Taco was very tender and savoury, I just don't enjoy pork tacos as much as chorizo or beef. So I may be biased. The Rosie cheeks shot was pretty good. I'm not a fan of tequila but this was very tasty and refreshing especially with the hibiscus syrup. It's just not for me I found the churros tonne a bit tough to chew. The seasoning of cinnamon and sugar was very well done (not overly sweet) the best part of this dish was the Dulce. It was VERY tasty . All in all I heavily suggest you try this little restaurant out. Very good food overall!
